La jornada “Nuevos horizontes de la prueba digital: prevención en compliance y defensa en el proceso penal” toma como punto de partida el proyecto europeo NEO-TRANSCRIM (2024–2028), liderado por la profesora Lorena Bachmaier Winter, para explorar el creciente protagonismo de la prueba digital en el ámbito penal y corporativo. En el contexto de una cooperación judicial penal cada vez más digitalizada y transfronteriza, la prueba digital no solo se configura como pieza clave del proceso penal, sino también como instrumento preventivo en programas de compliance.
